There is a reason for all the 5 star ratings. They are a first rate company. I have to say Josh (Woody) Woodfox deserves that rating on his own for the way the way he took care of the whole process, handling the worst part of the process for us. Working with Molly Fallon the Project Manager for IBC Roofing made the process of getting a new roof seem quite straightforward and easy. Molly was very helpful in getting the process started in working with NCJUA to file the claim and provided great follow up with this process. Molly also provided a follow up visit after the project was completed. The Crew of IBC were very professional in their handling of the roofing installation. Molly F stopped by one day several weeks ago and we decided to go with IBC. Molly's devotion to her customers is unrivaled! She answered our questions (and we had LOTS of questions!).
