Very rude customer service the girl with the short hair was really rude and wasn’t willing to help was too busy taking pics of the model also smile doesn’t cost anything love
Recently called the store for advice since I’m from Melbourne in terms of sizing length etc staff had no clue just kept telling me they are true to size didn’t know what dress I was referring to I asked about postage and if I would receive it in time they gave 3-5 working days so I ordered and then got someone to go in to pick it up they said that it had already been posted checked post status it was still with them and hadn’t been posted didn’t receive it in time for event and when I tried it sizing was completely off way t... read more
