I was treated with respect even under the circumstances. It was my fault that I miscalculated on my checking account but I was treated as a valuable customer anyway and made to feel just human error and a mistake. And then I was given information and offer of any kind of help that I might need to ensure that it might not happen again. Not in a condemning way but in a very instructional way. I’ve been an Integrity Bank client since 2013. I have always appreciated the staff and everything they’ve done for me over years. But Josh Resnik, the branch manager at North Gate location, has literally gone above and beyond for me for all my banking needs and is always personally available to help. He’s seriously the best!
The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. They help me fill everything out that I technically should. They are just the best banking staff I have encountered. I appreciate their customer service.
Changed my review. After banking with them for a long time they changed. especially the manager at the research and powers location. I had my truck broken into and my phone and debit card stolen. They used my phone to change the pin and drained my account. The manager acted like I was a criminal and did not help me at all she was refusing to help me get my money back.
