If I could give a zero I would. This place cost us 1,200 on what should have been 600. When we questioned them about it they said we were rude to a granddaughter who answered the phone. No one was rude to anyone. just walk away from this place. Don's auto valley had to fix his mistakes. Cost us extra we didn't have.
Nice guys, went above and beyond any other mechanic shop would ever think about doing. They are true to their business of fixing it correctly. Even if it takes a couple times. We had issues with our 6.0, if that tells you anything. ;).
Over charged on almost every single part. Replacement head from PROMAXX usually runs for a brand new fully assembled $799 got charged $1200 almost twice the cost. Took forever to complete the job as well, and still have issues. Friendly folks but cost of service isnt worth it. Could have had the same job done in GA plus the transportation cost with better quality products and a better warranty for same price or less.
They were really friendly and reasonable.. they took us to our room and did everything they could for us.. I will be coming back. They are awesome diesel mechanics..
