I had just bought a used truck and of course a message pops up within days of getting it. I had a limited warranty on it, I went with integrity due to the good reviews and frankly I like local mechanics compared to "corporate" mechanics. From my understanding it's just the owner and his father that do the work so he's always very busy and has many cars to service. We are from South Carolina and were traveling when our truck died. My husband went to see Bailey, and he said he could look at the vehicle. Bailey recommended a tow truck which provided excellent service as well. Bailey went to work on the truck that day. He called and updated through every step. Due to the wiring problems he encountered, it took a couple of attempts with different sensors.
