I had just bought a used truck and of course a message pops up within days of getting it. I had a limited warranty on it, I went with integrity due to the good reviews and frankly I like local mechanics compared to "corporate" mechanics. From my understanding it's just the owner and his father that do the work so he's always very busy and has many cars to service.
