I want to share the name of this company INTEGRITY says it all. I was quoted over $3k in repairs from a tire chain here in Juneau and felt like I needed a second opinion. Called Integrity and he walk me thru what maybe the problem and told me to get new tires and see if its a secondary issue. He (Mr. Ray) saved me $2400 by talking with me over the phone. My exhaust line had 2 rusted bolt/screw connections. One was held together with c clamps. My rotor is warped. They upsold me 600 dollars, did nothing about the warped rotor, and only replaced 1 exhaust connection. On top of that they took my steering wheel off and rotated it 1 tooth. I assume the JPD has coaches on site for integrity to be this consistently offending. I guess the jpd personally put the new discolored areas onto the seat as well.
Integrity (Ray) did a great job on my car's scheduled maintenance (oil, coolant, studded tires) and got me ready for winter. Plus, they chased down a tricky (to me) EVAP code (check engine light) and fixed it by just tightening my fuel pump locking ring (no parts required). These are knowledgeable, skilled technicians. Great service. Great price. True to the name: Integrity!
It’s been a year, and I just realized I never left a review! This garage and its owner are truly the best, they completely restored my trust in this profession. They took my car in urgently and repaired it so I could catch my ferry that same evening. I’m still so grateful thank you again!
