My experience at Integrity Auto Body was fantastic. Five stars. I scratched my Subaru car door and needed it replaced. Everywhere else I went tried to take advantage of me, giving me estimates that were 5x more expensive than what Steve at Integrity Auto Body charged me. Not only did he help me refund the door (in the wrong color) that I had picked up to have him replace but he found me a new replacement car door in excellent condition in the same color and year as my car. They said they'd order the window actuator for my truck and I waited two weeks and called. They said they are busy around their and they'd fix it if I got the part. They could have told me that to begin with. They seem like nice people but obviously are busy enough not to care about doing small jobs
I took my Miata in for some body work and I cannot even begin to explain how amazing they were. The customer service is wonderful, the people are sincere and they didn't try to trick me into any unnecessary work, even when they could have. The repair was done so flawlessly we couldn't even see where it was originally fixed. I would give 10 stars if I could. Best place I have ever had work done!
I love steve. I've been coming here for years. Hes honest and fair. Great place !!
