Integrity always does great work on my commuter car. Have been going here for 6 years and have no complaints. The technicians do great work and the customer service is great. Also love the waiting room if I’m in for a quick oil change. They always have refreshments stocked. You can tell they take pride in their company.
My wife took her car in to here to have the starter replaced. Immediately afterwards, her heated seats stopped working. We brought her car in shortly afterwards with the expectation of it getting at least diagnosed for free, because it stopped working after taking it to them. They started by saying they would check and probably replace the seat elements first and go from there. Integrity did me right, I was 3000 miles from home, towed from crater lake and found a place that lives up to their name. I had a fair amount done to my rig and feel that it was all done by people that actually care. Spent a few nights due to parts acquisition but had I been at home, parts would have taken much longer to get. I believe all the work that was done, would have been more expensive with a longer down time, had I been back in Indiana.
