Very poor service. Took my car in due to ignition issues. Team didnt do anything to my car except some how got my car stuck into an on position. Wich was not the issue. My brother was able to fix their mistake as well as getting my ignition to work again. We were charged over 600 for absolutely nothing. If i could give no stars i would. Very disappointed with my last visit. Especially since we have trusted integrity with all our vehicles for years.
They fixed my truck so fast I did not get to finish my nap in their cozy waiting room. Thanks for the great service.

Integrity is sham! I've given them more than once chance to make things right as they are on the La Pine Chamber. I had to go there to get some stuff done, and they broke something that they needed to be replaced but had to order it so I had to bring it back to they could fix what they broke. At this appointment, I was told I was going to get a full diagnostic but ran out of time so when I come back, they will do it. When I came back, they fixed what they broke, but "forgot" to do it.
