Thank you Mike, Lauren, and OB for getting my car in and out and for an awesome mailer special price. They gave me a very comprehensive and transparent look at what's to come when I have it in my budget without being pushy on keeping the car there to get services! They were my number one favorite place to bring cars for years when I was a tow truck driver bc they took such good care of customers. Thanks again folks - see ya down the road !
TLDR: didn’t charge for quick inspection Had my car towed here after the serpentine belt snapped. I hadn’t noticed the belt had snapped so I had driven home from work with no serpentine belt (don’t do this). They took a look at my engine and let me know it was cooked and I would need a new engine or a new car. I asked them how much for their time and they didn’t charge and allowed me to keep my car there until a dealership could tow it away.
Integrity isn't just their name it's how they treat people and run their business. My mom brings her car here, my son brings his car here and so I made an appt and brought my car in. I could not have been more impressed! From the moment I walked in until I drove off with my car I was treated kindly, respectfully and more than fairly! I cannot say enough good things honestly. The service is great, the prices are fair and INTEGRITY is more than just a word here it's a way of being!
Clean facility, friendly people, honest communication, and a comfortable atmosphere. it is the kind of place where you feel comfortable the moment you walk in and confident your vehicle is being taken care of the right way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a repair shop.
