Yes, I took my Silverado 99 to The shop and I was very very welcomed you walk in you feel like you’re at home very clean very personable. Josh and the secretary was fantastic. I told him my situation and how I got taken for and stuff like that with different mechanics and I told him my situation he put it under a lot of testing, found out what it was which I thought it was in he told me the price he replaced it and they just kept me updated on everything and upfront and honest people and I would recommend the shop to anybody... read more
As usual, I got absolutely wonderful feedback from Integrity and will continue working with them.
I took the car elsewhere and saved well over $700 on what I was quoted at "Integrity" (for part of the issue)and I didn't have to wait overnight for an estimate, even though I arrived at the other shop very late in the afternoon.
First off, the waiting room is homey and charming. Not cold and greasy . I Highly recommend this shop ! Loren went above and beyond , I was kept up-to-date, informed and felt I wasn't being taken for . I went in for an alternator, a few other things came up..no fault of theirs, and replaced . I got a Great price! I won't be taking my special car anywhere else. Thanks Integrity!
