the owner has his children out there working on the cars but charges mechanic labor rates. where's the integrity in that?

Misdiagnosed a recall on my car and caused me to tow to a dealership for repair, was informed the repair was not a recall. I called back and asked for options to have them repair the issue instead of the dealership and they simply ignored me and did not return my call. Very poor customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone going forward. Was a happy customer until this incident.
I've consistently had positive experiences. Appreciate the prompt service and fair prices.
