HORRIBLE !! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They took advantage of me and my insurance. Charged us almost $7000 because they held MY car hostage. Has a plan on taking advantage of people and families with insurances because they feel that they can. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IT IS A SCAM!!!
I waited 5 months for integrity to get my truck in. Was told it was a 0 out of pocket experience and they would cover my rental. They reached out finally a few days ago, ready to get my truck in. After telling me I’d have to get my own rental and that they would reimburse me after the work was done. The 1200 out of pocket that it was gonna cost. Was where I draw the line.
