Drove from Houston to San Antonio to pick up a car we really liked. Brian was excellent with communication from the get go, kept us up to date with everything and managed to knock off some of the listed pricing to give us a great deal. I've dropped 3 stars because I ended up receiving the plates TWO MONTHS after vehicle purchase. That's a first. Multiple phone calls were made to correct the address which apparently was the issue.
