Said they could install front windshield on my Tesla, and helped me process insurance claim, but things went downhill from there. Were not able to install glass at scheduled appointment time because of scratch on glass. Said they would be in contact about ordering new glass, but they basically ghosted me after that and would not respond to my texts. Had to find a new company. Basically Integrity completely wasted my time.
Stacey and Mike were literally AMAZING!!! I had an emergency and needed my windshield fixed ASAP, and I was honestly so stressed and losing sleep over it. Stacey responded to my request at MIDNIGHT on a Thursday… like who even does that?! I did not expect that at all. Wow! It been awhile since I met someone this honest. I called and asked if they can come to give me a quote and Mike took the time out of his day to stopped by, he told me the chip was small there is no need for it to be fix. "Integrity Auto Glass" the name fit their business model.
Great great company. I called for an estimate for the windshield on my pickup, and got a great price. But then I went through my insurance company and Stacey did all the work. Stacey dealt with the insurance company, set up an appointment with me and Mike showed when he said he would. I highly recommend this company, 5 Stars. Now I'm going to get a price for my RX-8. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRICES, AND GREAT, GREAT PEOPLE. Thank you Stacey for everything.
