Worst shop in the area. Recommend going to dobbs peterbilt or anything else besides this one. They will tell you they will get your truck in right away, hours later still not even being worked on. They pulled out the service lines because they failed to disconnect the glad hands. Radiator was installed and was leaking the next day. Failed to get right to it and would rather work on other vehicles that have also been waiting
Great people perfect customer service skills and the work is spectacular you couldn't ask for better.

On 01.16, I was traveling through Jackson and had engine trouble. Fortunately I was near Integrity and was able to get my SUV there. They were able to accurately diagnose the problem quickly for a very fair price. I would recommend this shop without hesitation.
