I would rename this company “No Integrity.” They took advantage of us while we were stranded on the highway. We were quoted $1,700 to replace a water pump and a leaking hose, and told the job would take 5 hours. When we asked if they could give us any kind of break, they refused. After that, they suddenly claimed the water pump belt and pulleys also needed replacement. My truck blew every ounce of oil out of it the other day. In less than 24 hours Integrity had it diagnosed, fixed and ready to pick up, along with both fuel filters changed. Honest, transparent people with good feedback and quick service. 100% recommend Mr. Bill and his crew

This is one of the worst repair shops I've ever been to. It took them two days to tell me something I already knew, and even then they didn't fix it. And the worst part is they charged me $1000! This place is a rip-off.
Broke down on the way to Upstate NY near Jackson, TN. Spencer was able to get us in with our 2015 Duramax with a failed fuel pump at 92k miles. They worked quick and was thorough. They did admit to damaging the radiator but they were able to source a new one and have it installed before we got there. They gave us a deadline and they worked hard to make that deadline.
