If only zero stars was an option... My wife scheduled an appointment around 11am 5/5/23 for me to bring in my car on 5/8/23. I was told I would receive a text to confirm the appointment. And I did. One whole hour after they opened on 5/8. When I called to express my concerns (and, admittedly, some frustration) with the level of communication, (because this was NOT the first issue we've had with it), Phil essentially told me "Too bad.
