Words can't express the gratitude that I have for the kindness, empathy and patience that I have for Mr. Theo and the entire staff. Talk about a easy experience even after multiple encounters of me coming back and forth asking questions. I was never made to feel like any question was a waste of time. Instead they took the time to listen and then answer. Integrity was an amazing experience for me and I would definitely recommend them for your next car purchase. Theo is great at what he does. He worked with my family all the way from Huntsville. We purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe in March. The beginning of may the A/C went out. I’m glad we got the warranty but it was still a decent out of pocket cost. Though now the entire engine has went out and the cylinders are misfiring. We love our truck especially with our big family but to have these kind of issues within the first 3 months is not ideal.
I highly recommend Integrity Auto. Theo and Theo Jr. are very down to earth and easy to talk too. They genuinely care about you as a individual first. Awesome time working with them. Very professional... thx Integrity Auto...
