On my first visit met with John, testing was easy and expedient. The results were explained to me so that I understood my needs as far as hearing aids go. I tried on a set of hearing aids, they had a 30-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back. They really didn't seem to work out for me and John and his staff worked hard trying to get the adjustments made so they did. The gentleman was very polite and informative. The exam didnt last very long and it was very thorough. I was very pleased with the service they provide.
