We had issues with our air not being "as cold as it normally is" and it got warm really fast in the house on a sunday night, we called I.A.S at 8:00 am on monday morning, and within a hour they had technician (Jonathan) at our house. He did a great job with exceptional service by finding a leak in the compressor and we had almost NO freon due to the leak, he was able to repair it and add the proper freon and had us back up and running as quickly as he could. I’ve been a loyal Sun Kool customer for years, but recent events have forced me to reevaluate that loyalty. The quality of both their workmanship and customer service has deteriorated to such a degree that I can no longer remain silent. Most recently, they installed a new line set at my home. I’m not an HVAC professional, but even with an untrained eye, the work appeared hastily done sloppy, careless, and devoid of professional pride.
