Nick was awesome!!!! He showed up in less than an hour, on a Saturday ..... Was very respectful and efficient..... He earned the tip I gave and then some if I could give 10 stars I would .... I definitely know who to call if I ever need my a/c fixed .... And I will tell my friends who to call .... Thanks Nick, Be blessed!!!!!
I initially posted my review on the Integrity Air and Heat in error. I guess the owner is the same,(thanks for replying) , but I wanted my props to go to the Ocala office, as John deserves all the praises for performing thorough, efficient and courteous service on my mini split. It was probably not the easiest job, but he powered through. Well done!! I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning needs.
Not only was Erin in the office extremely accommodating, Jonathan Daly was very informative, attentive to detail and knowledgeable about options involving our A/C unit. I would recommend this business to everyone.
