Kelsey, the Manager, says that payment online is not possible. Instead she insists that a credit card # can be provided over the phone, or that we can send full checking account details for her to process an e-check payment. Very Sketchy. Very unhelpful.
Courtney at Integrity Air worked with us at length preparing for installation of our new HVAC equipment. Courtney was always available to answer any questions and to provide her expert advice. Our techs Yandro and Jesus arrived on time. We were kept informed throughout the process. Their workmanship and attention to detail was impeccable and seamless.
