Well where do I begin, between these people and American Home Shield i cant figure out who is worse, since last summer they have miss diagnosed problems on our Ac to the point we were without Ac since may they finally decide the coil needed to be replaced which was know last summer, then they come out and we're having and issue getting it into the attic, so instead of removing parts to get it into the attic the force it and damage it in the process, their techs didn't stop their the went ahead and installed the new coil and ... read more
They like to play games to screw people over. They can come tomorrow for a broken AC. They won’t unless they can pass along an extra $150. They refused to deny the order so that I could find a vendor who can. They’re the only company covered by the warranty. They made me wait 4 days to schedule an appointment on a broken AC.
Absolutely the worst! Since May it has gone out 4 times and my unit is less than 5years old. The send a young kid who doesn’t know anything. They were supposed to be here July 17. I had to call only to be told they ordered the wrong part! Told me they would have in 2 to 5 , well it was 8 days before they came They sent the young kid again! I paid $572 for Freon when he got here.
