Phenomenal service and on time! Johnny very quickly assessed and repaired an issue we’ve been having with our AC for weeks. We had four visits by another company, causing much time and aggravation. Thanks, Johnny!!
Mr Daniel was on time, and courteous. This is Texas and this is the hottest part of the summer. At first glance (he seemed a bit gingerly) I was hesitant about him climbing the ladder in the attic. But he did a decent job checking my levels & providing me with some a/c information.
I own several rental homes, and whenever I have AC repair needs, they are my go-to contact…they are always prompt, reasonable, and thorough…highly recommend them!
I will give this company 5 stars because the owner/head boss is a man of his word and did do everything that he could to make it right. At this time I will not hold him responsible for Jamie's unprofessional behavior as he came in to my home talked as if I'm stupid have no since of what I'm trying to say to him...total disregard for my thermostat not displaying correct temp- blower fan was to high for starter and didn't know how to reconfigure thermostat therefore trying to discredit my homes and a/C's ability to cool my hom... read more
