House smells sooo much better since cleaning of ductwork !!!
Ty and Sam did a masterful and impeccable job cleaning up the mess the previous dryer vent contractors made. Lotsa stuff on my dryer but I found everything where it was supposed to be. Leave a tip if you are willing. They deserve it for honesty alone. Ron in the office made communication a breeze. He also assisted me in documenting for my credit card company for the dispute with my credit card company. I will only use integrity air care for my needs going forward. Booked an appointment easily and quickly (3 business days). Upfront pricing for air duct and system cleaning. Technician (David) was courteous and very helpful, answering questions directly and honestly. Everything you could hope for!
Very grateful this company was able to get me in quickly for an assessment with upcoming surgery. David went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was so knowledgeable and gave me excellent understanding of my duct situation. Highly recommend this company and specifically David.
