This place is good for air duct cleaning but DO NOT use them for any sort of HVAC repair. They sent an HVAC tech out because our drain pan filled up and the filter was soaked. Simple google search will say we need to clean the condensate drain. Yet he spent 2 hours, Unscrewed a bunch of panels and used his phone flashlight to basically say everything looks ok. The drain pan filled up again the next day so he came back spent another 2 hours all to say he thinks the coil needs a deep clean and he’d have to come back. Huge wast... read more
