Brandon did his best to test for the low refrigerant readings. After adding 10 lbs (only holds less than 12 when empty), he added a dye and agreed to come back in a week to look again for leaks. Hopefully we get to the bottom of the problem.
As soon as we called Integrity AC this morning, The part was ordered and the owner Brandon came out to our house within a couple hours and everything has been resolved very quickly time and efficient.
New technician, Guido. Extremely professional and thorough. No upsell. On contract for twice a year PM's. Highly recommend Integrity AC.

Guido was such a kind professional technician. He let me know what he was doing and explained issues I have along with the “fix” plan. Brandon and Lori give me the needed information on tasks that need to be completed. They are the AC dream team!!!!
