Integrity technician was on time and very thorough with checking our AC unit. Marcus, the technician, kindly replaced my HVAC filter and my blue sterilization bulb, both of which I purchased separately sometime earlier. We are very pleased with the technician’s trouble shooting abilities and will be considering another seasonal service contract in the future with Integrity AC.
Integrity AC, small local company, outstanding service. Owner Brandon Thurbon Very thorough and efficient, diagnosed, explained and fixed problem quickly and thoroughly. Does not try to up sell or install unnecessary add ons. The cost of replacment Freon gas has soared. My unit has a slow leak that we are monitoring. Integrity is highly recommended for all AC, HVAC, heat pump repairs, service and replacement.
Integrity was recommended by a neighbor. Best ever. You can't go long without AC in these temperatures. Same day service. Knowledgeable, professional, reliable. Excellent from the first phone call to end of repairs and service. I give my highest recommendation to Integrity!
Thank you Integrity AC for your prompt response and taking care of the issue with my AC. Brandon was here before the time he was scheduled on Monday, listened to me, then diagnosed the issue. Since the system was quite old, I expected it needed replacement. I asked about a heat pump as a replacement.
