Tuve una muy mala experiencia con Integrity 1st Professional Services. Cometieron errores graves con mis impuestos, especialmente con el ITIN de uno de mis hijos. El IRS pidió pruebas y ellos nunca las enviaron, lo que provocó que le negaran el ITIN. A pesar de que fue su error, nunca se hicieron responsables ni me ofrecieron ninguna solución. Muy mal servicio, pusieron toda la información de mi madre incorrecta y al regresar para arreglar los problemas nos atendieron de una mala manera, ademas nos estaban cobrando una tarifa muy alta por los errores que ellos cometieron y culpan al cliente sus errores.
