Integritas providers consistently ignored my plea to assist my children. First it was with my three week old daughter, I reached out to her PCP provider when I noticed she was struggling to breath. He instructed me to take her to the nearest emergency room which to me, is Marshall Browning. In southern Illinois the emergency departments are either staffed by SIH (Southern IL Healthcare) or Integritas Emergency Physician Services. There is less than a handful of independently staffed facilities but they are too few and far in between. That is an major issue of monopoly that is beyond the scope of this review.
