I have to give a five to this facility and put surgery and from the time I walked through the door they were kind understanding helpful, and the staff loves their jobs. It was excellent care.
The ambulatory infusion center (AIC) here is atrociously dysfunctional. No one ever answers the phone when you call, even during normal business hours. Patients also have to do their own leg work to submit for any copay assistance programs as their financial department does not deal with this. It's an EXTREMELY frustrating process and patients would be better off going to get their medication elsewhere.
