I had a wonderful experience here. I had also been a patient at the NW location and these reviews worried me. Registration was simple. Nicole was my sleep text and she connected me and got my study started. She was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I also didn’t have an issue getting ahold of scheduler even when having to cancel. Considering they work nights and early mornings, the best time to call is 8-9A.M

Had a consultation in Jan 23’ and was informed that I’d be given a device to measure sleep apnea during my sleep cycle. I just had to wait for a phone call and directions on where to pick it up. Fast forward to the last week of May 23’ to which they left a voicemail for me to call back.. can you guess what happens next? I call back and goes to a recorded answering service after a few rings..currently waiting 4 days.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…Should’ve listened to my gut and went somewhere else..
