Was supposed to leave with equipment and was kicked out without knowing when or if it would arrive. Insurance paid for it but have not received. So who got it???

Had the worst lady from your business call me I am a disabled Vet I am not good with 715am appointments I tell them that and you have the odocity to argue with me about it. Why would you want me to make an appointment at 715am especially after what I already stated then. I have to find a ride at that time. Why are you guys so rude.
