If there's a review just for therapists,I will give 4stars.but everything or costumer service starts from the entrance for me.I hate to go to a place where there's a rude people in front desk,because you feel more sick before you get to Dr or therapist or... When my daughter gets approved for therapy sessions, I got calls and good customer service, but now when I called the receptionist was rude,even she doesn't have time to explain,that I have to check with my daughter's Dr, to refer her again to this office. Kim Yates, I think was her last name, was amazing. I've had many therapists over the yrs and she was by-far the best. She explained everything in detail and was a valuable resource toward my diagnosis. When I go back, I will definitely ask for her.
Kimberly Yates is outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I had relief immediately and am steadily improving after each session. This is by far the best PT experience I have had. Def recommend. 10/10
