Do not go here unless you just want a quick diagnosis with someone looking at you like you are dumb or treating you like your sickness is no big deal. I've been sick for a total of 11days now. I was so very sick when I went to see this doctor couldn't even barely stand or move cause of how badly my body, head an chest hurt. Was given 2 test both negative an was told I didn't have a temp when in fact I had been running a temp the last 3 days no less then 101.5. the whole time I explained all my symptoms not just these mention... read more
Super fast and friendly! Also, the building was old, but clean:)
The wait was not too long. They efficiently kept a steady pace, YET, I felt listened to & cared for when I was treated. Staff was very friendly & kind. Disregarding the pain I was in, it was a good experience overall. I highly recommend this facility.
My family never had a good experience there. One NP was always rude. They never want to give medicine/antibiotic etc.. won’t listen to you. Waste of $$. One of the ladies up front was not friendly. Glad the other urgent care opened up!
do NOT go here! my sister went three days ago with abdominal pain, back pain, and rib pain. the NP Emily that saw her said she was “probably pregnant or had an UTI” when she tested negative for both, she shrugged it off and said that she was probably dehydrated and prescribed 800mg of ibuprofen…. for dehydration..?? didn’t even try to run any tests on her stomach to test for appendicitis, bowel issue, etc. (or recommend that she go elsewhere for those tests) so, today she is still having pain and an urgent care here in owass... read more
