Worst place ever! They won't explain what the chareges are for. Told me I had to pay for Ambulance Service when I never took a ride in one. lol

The worst experience I have had with Integris. Prepaid a surgery, EOBs were processed and lo and behold, I overpaid my surgery... so why did I get an additional bill for $600?? Office was absolutely no help when I called. I asked her to help me understand and she didn't. Watch out. Check your bills. Request itemized bills. I now have to fight this because I clearly don't owe them another dime... in fact they owe me money back. Doctors are fantastic. Billing office is a joke at best. Absolute disaster with this department I was needing an emergent procedure days before I had a week of arguing with them and calling my insurance. My insurance stated they were in network with my insurance. This department continued to harass me tell me I am not covered. And try to force me to self pay when I clearly have insurance. The manager called me to threaten me I could not have my emergent procedure unless I put down a substantial amount of money. Worst place ever! not only they will overcharge you: 2hours in the ER got a pill and some hydration...the bill was over 5k!!! Plus their billing department is the worst I have dealt with. They say the payments get to them late which is not the case and they always want to blame the patient instead of taking responsibility.
