They are balance billing me per insurance. I’ve been fighting this for nearly a year. After improper collections placement for an overcharge with no insurance applied (I’ve paid what would be my copay), I’ve had to file a CMS complaint, and will be reaching out to the OK insurance commission and attorney general as I have clear documentation of discrepancies and neglect to follow instructions from insurance regarding appealing and providing needed info to process the claim. Applied for financial assistance 5 months ago. Uploaded documents to patient portal. Got a letter stating they still need the same documents. Huh? What is the point of the patient portal? Spent 40 minutes on the phone, emailed the same document they had for a month and now they need more documents. All the while being threatened with collections and being told by employees that they had the documents already. Anyway, very incompetent and terrible experience. I was over charged by almost $1,200. Been waiting for a refund for three months after calling multiple times and sending "escalations" of my case to the next department. Still no refund as of 12/13/2025.
Worst place ever! They won't explain what the chareges are for. Told me I had to pay for Ambulance Service when I never took a ride in one. lol
