My visit with Dr. Hamilton was very good. They got me in quickly and she was in there very quickly and the whole appointment took like 25 minutes. She has a very good bedside manner and was very helpful and informative with any questions or issues. She made the experience very positive.
I wouldn’t even give a star if I didn’t have to. To start the front desk is rude and dismissive and needs to learn how to speak to people. The doctors and nurses refuse to talk to you or call back if you’re just calling because you have a question about a complication you’re having, instead they’ll put an MA on the phone that lies and says they’re a nurse. All staff and nurses were very polite and helpful. Dr Dobbins was amazing and very thorough on her exam as always.
Dr. Amber Patterson's office staff is a joke. Starting with the rude lady at the front desk. Walked in and had a question and response was I don't know go to the ER. The office nurse was supposed to call me back after I called about having a miscarriage and heard nothing!
Dr. Mikel and her staff are absolutely amazing! I found Dr. Mikel when I found out I was pregnant with my third baby and she listened to what I wanted with this pregnancy. She is very personable and caring. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would, she’s a 10/10! I highly recommend her, she is the best!
