Going through a nutritional breakdown with Michelle has been beneficial and helpful for me. Not only do I enjoy eating healthier foods but I also enjoy exercising and explaining my workouts. Michelle has opened my eyes to a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that i wasn’t aware of!
