I typically give this office 5 stars as Dr Cochran is amazing, but I’ve had difficulty with prior authorizations. I have tried calling as my pharmacy provider needs to do an authorization over the phone and not electronically and was told they will get to it when they can as it’s not an emergency. When I asked when they think it could be done I was told they don’t know when they can get to it. Dr Hyde thoroughly review my medical records. Checked over my medications to see if there weren’t any problems. He diagnosed my condition and prescribed medications. Dr Hyde spent spent time doing so without my feeling rushed.

Edited: I've changed my 5 star review down to 1 star and I would give it 0 it that was an option. She dropped me as a patient stating that I did not follow through on the referrals she made for me and I absolutely did. I requested a review thinking there was a misunderstanding and I updated management with all that she referred me to and I could tick every box. Don't go to her if you want long term care. I was a 3 year patient. She really takes the time to listen, I feel comfortable going to her about any health issue. She s... read more
