I don't understand how the other reviews say the staff is professional and pleasant. The receptionist and the lady who checks you out have always been VERY RUDE & VERY CONDESCENDING. And it's not because they were having a bad day it's was every time I went in there for an appt. Don't have a problem with Dr. OConnor can be a little rushy but love love her PA Rachel and the nurses it's just her staff that has run me and my family off to a new dr. And will not recommend her to anyone else.
I've been her patient for many years and think I'm ready for a change. Her staff is rude, always seem rushed and stressed. Dr herself too busy.
Dr. O'Conner is a highly professional and competent physician. The staff is pleasant and courteous as well as efficient. I have been able to get an appointment within a short length of time which had become all but impossible at my previous doctor's office. Dr. O'Conner has taken time to listen to my concerns and issues and has never failed to provide appropriate care. Clearly, I will be a patient here as long as she will have me.
Dr. O'Connor is the best doctor in the world to me, she saved my life, she never gave up on me. When we couldnt find the answers she kept testing until we found the best way to treat me. If I need a specialist she always sends me to one of my choice and insurance plan. Her office is professional and very organized. I have been her patient for almost 20 years and have refused to change insurances to any that she doesn't accept. You will receive the WORST care possible!!! They will LIE to you!!! About six weeks ago, I went in with INCREDIBLE back pain. I live just a few blocks away. I normally go to Mercy on Memorial, which is the BEST hospital out there, but since my pain was so severe, I thought I would give Integris/Yukon a chance. NEVER AGAIN!!! I was in the exam room for no more than 15 minutes, given a written prescription and told by the nurse, "I hope you get to feeling better." No x-rays, just a written prescription. EXCELLENT DOCTOR. SHE IS CARING TAKES HER TIME WITH PATIENTS, she listens to her patients. and you never feel like she is rushing you out of the exam room, she is very easy to talk with.
HER STAFF IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING AND THEY HAVE ALL BEEN RUDE/SNOTTY. THE DOC HERSELF SEEM'S TO CARE LESS AND LESS EVERYTIME I GO. I NEVER GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED BECAUSE I'M NOT GIVEN TIME TO ASK THEM!! IVE HAD SEVERAL FRIENDS/FRIENDS OF FRIENDS, COMPLAIN OF THE SAME ISSUES. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS.
This hospital has served my family for many years fine staff great Doctors & Nurses with a overall feeling of We Care Instead of being like the larger ones that are like a in and out business . South Oklahoma City should be proud to have such a fine hospital I know I am.
