Doctor McConnell was super nice and sweet and reassured me that everything is fine with my ENT and even tried to help me figure out the real issue.
I was very impressed with Dr. McConnell and all of her staff. Everyone seemed very kind and genuinely concerned, while also being very detailed and knowledgeable. I was seen immediately, with no wait and they took all the time needed to answer my questions and see that I was taken care of. The facility was very clean and convenient. I would highly recommend them.
She was very friendly and informative. She took her time explaining all the possibilities for my issues.... I came in because my right ear clogs which felt like congestion. That being said I got referred to do a hearing test because she first thought it could be due to ear damage. After I perfectly passed my hearing test I get a call saying I needed to be treated for TMJ and that any dentist can do it. Sure enough only a few dentists do it. Absolutely an excellently managed team, office, nursing staff and physician all patient care professionals who serve the patient.
