Very disappointed. Doctor said nothing to be concerned with this insect bite which grew 3x in size over 72 hours. Staff repeatedly said they were too small to assist us. Limited medical equipment — very little medical care expertise. Most alarmingly, one technician “assisted” the patient with spinal injury by pulling on her shoulders upward to center her in the bed (no sheet method - no courtesy). He simply yanked her saying “this method is best for me”. Very very disappointed. But we appreciate the kindness of the nurse

The office staff was able address my concern about paperwork even as I felt frustrated they maintain professional and friendly. I feel like this office truly sets the bar HIGH for all others.
