From walking through the door and greeted by the receptionist with care and concern. She was very friendly. Next from Dr. Adams nurse who was very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen. Dr. Adams who explained to me what was going to take place for surgery. Listen to my concerns. PA AMBER NO SHOW !!! I was 30+ minutes early After going in for pre-screen I was left for another 15 minutes. I was the only patient there. I left !! How ironic they call 3 times and Threaten you with Late/Cancellations Fees and then they leave you sitting. Last thing I herd was that PA Amber was making rounds at the hospital.
Dr Adams had reviewed the patient’s history prior to entering the room, and carefully asked clarifying questions. She was professional in appearance and demeanor. She fully described her plan and further answered questions. This patient is very confident in going forward under her care.
