Brunette receptionist was so rude not only to me and my daughter (3 years old) but to the other incoming people as well. The reception called to have a janitor clean the floors at the busiest time in their waiting room. Literally wiping down where people are still SITTING! They turned me an my daughter away bc “they don’t do teeth, we aren’t dentists”. Gave my daughter some Tylenol and now we are stuck with a $500 co pay that should be covered by insurance. The wait time is Terible
Terrible bedside manner, depending on who you get. With extended wait times (with no one else in the lobby), simple internal process that should be streamlined are cumbersome due to poor management. It’s always a hit or miss on the type of care you receive.
I don't think your emergency room entrance is a very good one for new babies, had a new baby but walking in and out with flu and covid in er entrance our whole family is now blessed with sickness, not a good set up at all and not on sick person with a mask on.... Thank you!!!!!! Wow.......
