This ER is known to be bad even by typical ER standards. They made treatment worse with their poor attitudes. After being in admitted to the main hospital one of nurses who works for integris told be even she was treated so poorly she decide to drive to Tulsa instead. If they treat their own co workers this bad, imagine how big it is for the rest of us
I have made several trips to ER for me, wife during COVID crisis and a friend who suffers severe migraines attacks four times. Always early evening or in the night on weekends. I have been seen fairly quick depending on the patient load. The nurses have been wonderful and the doctors very thorough in ordering blood tests CT’s, X-rays or any other required tests. I was taken by ambulance to the Grove Emergency room after a serious car accident. The nurse came in quickly and I had a CT scan and X-rays. The doctor came in. Stood inside the door and that’s the closest he got to me and sent me home. Didn’t even examine me. Gave a prescription for muscle spasms but it was Christmas Eve so I couldn’t pick up for 2 days. Do NOT go here if you have an actual emergency. They will be of no use. I went in for severe hip/leg/joint pain. They wouldn't even xray it. TURNS OUT MY HIP IS FRACTURED AND THEY MISSED IT because they didn't bother checking. Padley was my "physician". I use the term lightly. She did absolutely nothing for me except recommend I go back to the chiropractor.
Waited for hours to get checked out of the hospital because the lab work is slow
