The staff at the hospital, is all around rude. There was a male nurse on 11/27/2023 in the ER, that definably does not need to be working there. He would of been there on 11/27/2023 from 2pm to at least 8pm. One of his comments was " if you don't like it you can leave", you do not say that to patients. And he also said "its not my body, if that is what you want". And one of the other nurses was like well he is having a rough day, he has had a lot of patients. I am writing this review to let people know when you give a bad review the hospital says it wants to hear more about your experience. If you call to tell them about it they will sound concerned about it but there will be nothing done. I call for 3 weeks to try to talk with integris about my wife’s stay. But no one would call me back. I had to write a letter and send it to the high ups at integris. I a call back and he seem to be concerned. If I could give 0 stars I would. My Mother receive medical care from Integris Baptist from March - April of 2020 before her passing on April 10th. My Mom had multiple chronic autoimmune disorders and a heart condition. She started presenting symptoms of liver disease in January of 2020, and had never had any issues with her liver prior to that time. As a medical doctor and member of the Integris Baptist medical staff since 1994, is pains me to have to write a review regarding the billing practices of my own hospital. I recently found myself in the ER with complications from a tick bite. A couple weeks after my visit, I received a bill from the ER physicians out of state billing department.
