I see Dr. Corbishley. She is very thorough and friendly. I feel like she genuinely cares for me. I don't think I've every waited past my appointment time to get back in the room. I highly recommend using the Integris and Me portal for messaging and requesting refills.
Office staff is great, always friendly and helpful. Scheduling has always been easy and quick, and I’ve never had to wait more than a day or two for an appointment, often, I have even had same day appointments which is convenient. Dr. Shah is awesome, I have no complaints at all! Great office, and staff. Clean, welcoming and friendly, all around great environment!
The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen! Almost every single time I call at minimum they will put me on hold for 20-30 minutes. Anytime I've left a message I very rarely receive a call back. They are rude and don't seem to care about the patients. The only thing I love about this facility is Dr. Marshall. I don't think she is in charge of who works the front so there for isn't responsible for their poor actions. I've been going here for a few years and finally left because of these issues.
