For a company that sells AED's they are shocking. Best just to avoid this one. I bought a pack of AED's from them at their Ebay store and they never arrived they told me the courier tried to deliver but no note or anything in the door. Their response was nothing we can do about it. So once they get your money, just forget about any service. They even promised me a refund again they went back on their word and still no refund. Really just forget this one if you are looking for service if anything goes wrong.
