Always had a positive experience with this over the past 20 years at Integris Baptist . Yes my doctor and his case load has increased over time. But I never had a problem with getting help on medication when I call. The PAc is great!

I have called at least six times now trying to get my blood work results and they keep giving me the same answer — We will give her (Ashley) your number and someone will get back to you! This is extremely annoying and frustrating especially when you don’t know if there’s a major medical issues. The staff is HORRIBLE and they will also lose your new patient forms with personal information— they had me fill out new patient forms prior to my appointment. I was not happy with family nurse practitioner Ashley at all. She not only gave my husband the wrong info on a procedure that wasn't being done.. . She never caught her mistake either.. so my husband went in for a procedure that wasn't perform and had one that he had no knowledge of done too.. when I questioned this I never got a return call or anything.. Dr. Seres was awesome...
The personnel make it a not so bad visit to digestive diseases. Dr. Walia is great and his staff are most helpful. Thank you all.
