I was so nervous going in to there. I always get nervous going to the doctor. They were great, made me feel at ease and I walked out feeling better than I did going in. Thank you to all the staff who assisted me! I would recommend this location if you have to go to the hospital
$4000 for a 15 min visit to check out my foot. Never again will I go see a doctor unless I’m dying. Just wow, thanks for the burden Integris.
It is a lengthy wait. I had a shower in my room and I enjoyed that. The toilet paper had a bow on it! The little details can make a break a business. It took some maneuvering but I'm pleased with the treatment.
Horrible experience with trying to get a copy of my itemized bill. I spoke to 8 different people and this was not something they could provide me. What’s odd is I received a bill in the mail so not sure why I can’t have the itemized version. Scammers don’t go here.
Avoid paying this hospital until after your insurance pays. We’ve been waiting 10 months for a refund of $175 that we overpaid. Unacceptable when we paid them as soon as they asked for payment.
