Complete waste of time. Did same thing every visit and communication was horrible. The woman therapist couldn't explain the goal she was going for a/me because she didn't have one. I was asked same questions everytime, and I answered same every time. Its like a robot programmed to do same questions and exercises every time. She had options to do certain things I wasnt aware of until my 8th visit and could have did a lot more to help my recovery.
