If I could give no stars I would. The receptionist applied a money intended for Medicare deductible and applied it to a balance that a paper statement was requested for. Your text had no department so I didn't know what it was covering. No statement came. Now I've got to scramble to find the additional funds for the remainder of the deductible. PAPER STATEMENTS
