1 word description of this company... INCOMPETENCE
Horrible people. Horrible place. Let's just say hypothetically allegedly a certain person, maybe manager, whose name starts with C had outside relations behind their partner's back and got with the old Keenan & Associates owner's son (I'm assuming in hopes of getting some amount of money once he gets the business) but the business was sold instead! HA.
Our billing company has left up to 18 messages with these people concerning an unprocessed claim. They have not called back so the claim has remained unpaid. This is not customer service.
Colette is harder to get ahold of than the president. I wish it’s as Keenan and associates. They treaded people right.
We have a cut and dry (My wife was hit in a crosswalk at a gradeschool, as a crossing guard holding the STOP sign) worker's comp claim which was farmed out to Integrion to handle and it has been nothing but a mess. We've basically done everything ourselves because they do not return phone calls and don't move the process along. To boot we've had to deal with 4 separate adjusters over a 2 year period.
