Dr. Smallwood, Dr. Martinson and staff helped our Kylo to achieve great progress only within 6 weeks after his spinal stroke. He improved a lot with the water therapy and acupuncture. All staff members are so welcoming, sweet and caring. They treated him so well, he loved them and wasn’t even much anxious after only a few visits. We are so greatful for making our pup happy and healthier. Thank you team.
Dr. Martinson and their staff are sooooo amazing!! My dog woke up one morning and could not use her hind legs. Found out through exrays that she had an embolism in her spine. With guidance for physical therapy for her I found Integrative veterinary in Richardson. After one acupuncture appt. She was walking and after several more she had improved significantly. 95% better. I called for an appointment and immediately had the tone the vet office was not for me. I mentioned how happy I was that they were an integrative vet and the woman on the phone pushed back that they are more a rehab clinic. I asked if they take patients for regular visits and she stressed the cost and insisted current rabies are required. I have never felt profiled by a vets office. This was the best veterinary clinic I took my precious Minini. She had a liver tumor and I wanted to go with more integrative and holistic treatments to give her the best quality of life I could. Dr. Shannon was very sweet, understanding, attentive, and every good qualities a veterinary needs. Thank you very much🤍
