I have been a patient here multiple times, as many times as i’ve also been dissatisfied with the service here. Not thorough. If a patient needs help immediately, then immediately help should be administered.
While I had a lot of information given to me about my health and help making my body feel better, I am very upset. I paid $900 for DNA genetics test and was told that is all I owed. After I get the results, I receive a voicemail saying I owe $400 more dollars just because I received my results. I’ve never been to a place where you have to pay for a test, plus for the results. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this staff is! They are so helpful and I appreciate everything they have done for me!
I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience here. We most recently had a health issue arise and they were so quick to get the necessary testing done and make arrangements to get us back in to make a treatment plan to get it rectified. We are always treated like family and the facility is so clean and inviting. I highly recommend them !
It has been an Excellent Experience for me through this journey of figuring out my health & what works best for me. I like the fact that they are figuring out just me and not comparing me to others like me (like age bracket) The Entire Staff has been so full of information & just Lovely! Thank you!
