We just adopted a tripod chihuahua from Dr. Hershey, “Flip, the most perfect fit for our family. We so appreciate their rescue program. Thanks Dr. Hershey!!!!
THANK YOU Lori for being so CARING, concerned & for treating our dog as if she was your own. I cannot say it enough, Lori IS AMAZING! When she answered my call she knew how dire the situation was and went above & beyond to help us. I called in a state of panic due to the increase in size of our dog's tumor & although that particular day they could not fit us in, she consulted with Dr. Hershey (who reviewed the files from another vet) and gave us incredible advice. The next day our dog's condition began to dramatically declin... read more
I just got to experience an adoption thru IVO. It was an extremely smooth process and Dr. Hershey and Lori were friendly and kind. The bird was cracking me up in the hallway-very talkative. The building is very nice and very clean. Thank you for taking the time to make sure Journey & I were a great fit. I absolutely adore him and he’s getting along great with his dog big sister thank you!!!
The woman at the front desk is a racist and a flat out LIAR 🤥! They make it difficult to even see the animals that are for adoption . She took my number said she would call for an appointment NEVER heard from them , then I call back two weeks later and the SAME Insecure RACIST answers with the same miserable personality it had the 1st time we met. Tried to put me back on the list that doesn’t exist. They are a joke and will give you the run around. Especially the miserable insecure racist bag at the front desk
Dr. Hershey is the most, caring and loyal doc, I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have adopted 2 animals from her. A beautiful dog, Shasta and a beautiful, black, kitty, Anastasia. Dr. Hershey’s team, is professional and fun. They handled, both, adoptions without issue. They work well together and make the animals they’re number one priority! Phoenix is very lucky to have Dr. Hershey!
The minute Dr Hershey sat on the floor and got to Koals level I knew we were in the right place. She pet him, let him sniff her and did her exam right there where Koal would be most comfortable. She didn’t sugar coat it or made us feel hopeless. Koal has had 6 chemo treatments and is in remission. Thanks to Dr Hershey and her knowledge to cure pet cancer. Everyone here is amazingly friendly, even her pet parrot.
The office was great with my dog even though she did not like getting her chemo. The doctor was very knowledgeable and does some great charity work as well.
If 1st impressions are an indication of what's to come...we will be really, really happy!! What a great 1st experience! I plan on adding to this in the years to come..we're fighting Mast cell tumors and going to win!! Thanks so much Dr. Hershey and staff!!!
